Great place to stay Lyn made us feel very welcome and breakfasts was great ! Would defo recommend to others as a lovely place to stay.

An immaculate and superb property for our three night stay. The room (no. 4) was very clean, spacious and came with a great view of the Mourne mountains. Lyn and her daughter Siobhan were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Located only a few minutes drive from the centre of Carlingford, we would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

A great place to stay with an easy drive to Carlingford for dinner and music. 5 of us stayed there in 3 different rooms all of which were a good size and had pleasant views to the exterior. Although Lynn offered to cook eggs, bacon, sausages and toast if you were so inclined, she also set out cereal, milk, juice, fruit, croissants and yogurt on the sidebar in a 180 degree glassed in breakfast room with a beautiful view mountain view and the opportunity to watch sheep roaming the grassy hillside. For hikers, there is a great trail adjoining the river starting nearby the St. John's Castle called the Greenway that goes between Carlingford and Omeath. It is approximately 3.85 miles each way. If you do the trail, definitely easy at Rosie's in Omeath before venturing back to Carlingford. Great food and nice women who run the small restaurant.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here, our room was spacious and comfortable. Lynn is a wonderful host and made great recommendations for where to eat dinner. Carlingford is an interesting and historic town with loads of great places for hiking, I hope we make it back so we can stay at Lynn's again!

Stayed with Lynn for 2 nights. The property is lovely and the host is a lovely person. everything about our stay was first class and have no hesitation in visiting beautiful Carlingford again. The breakfast was brilliant and kept us full for most of the day. Many thanks keep up the good work, Ireland is privileged to have such great hosts.
