Oldtown Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at Oldtown Farmhouse. Mary and John are wonderful hosts and gave us excellent advice on good places to eat and historic sites to visit. We enjoyed getting to know the area through their long connection to the area. Breakfast was outstanding and when we had to miss our last breakfast due to a very early departure, Mary provided a box of food for the road. Very kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean, spacious and pleasant. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy - we slept so well. Mary & John were lovely hosts, making us feel very welcome from the moment we met. They put a lot of effort into making our stay a pleasant one, including recommending local points of interest. The breakfast was very good, including the extra effort to have gf options available. Many thanks!

Wir waren dort 3 Nächte. Mary und ihr Ehemann waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sensationell köstlich. Das Haus, gemütlich, das Zimmer geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Die Lage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut.

This bnb was very nice and our host, Mary was so sweet. The nearby town had an amazing Italian restaurant (an old mill) and old monastery ruins near there were amazing.
