Nicely located if you want to visit the Rock of Cashel or spend the day in Kilkenny. Kilkenny is a charming town, very lively, with some walkways that make you feel you have gone back in time 600 years. Great Irish Breakfast, rooms were fine.

This farmhouse is lovely and our host, Carmel, was fabulous. We wished we would have stayed here more then one night. Carmel had a delicious made to order breakfast along with a sidebar of yogurt, fruit and cereal. She was very welcoming, the rooms were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay at her home again & highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The B&B is situated in a quiete and beautiful countryside. The full Irish Breakfast was excellent. Thank you Carroll for your recommendation of Kelly's Bar in Birr. It was perfect (delicious food and very nice atmosphere).

This was a warm and welcoming place located in such a pretty, remote area. I initially picked so we could go to Leap Castle, so spent one night there.
Carmel and John were wonderful hosts, rooms were comfortable and clean. We brought in cheese and crackers and enjoyed a picnic in their sitting room. The weather was windy and rainy so we weren't out and about too much.
We had traditional Irish breakfasts and it was delicious!
Carmel called the owner to Castle Leap to make sure he was there and let him know we would be driving over.
We enjoyed our stay there and the hospitality!

Blessings on your knees dear lady. We loved our stay even though we ate all your scones. Beautiful home, adorable cats.
